When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will have the same day dispatch.

All orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be shipped on Monday. 

What do I do if I want to add another item to my order? 

If you have just placed an order and you forgot to add in an item, please send us an email at hello@bronsunoceania.com with your order number and let us know how you would like to adjust your order before we send it out.

Please note once your order has been sent off, we can no longer change your order.

What happens if I enter the wrong address? 

If you have made a mistake with your shipping address please send us an email to hello@bronsunoceania.com with your order number as soon as possible so our team can fix it up on our end before we ship your parcel.

How do I track my order? 

Once your order is shipped, you will have received a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your parcel!

It is important to keep your tracking number as once your parcel leaves our warehouse it is the responsibility of the recipient to keep up to date on the status of the parcel.

When can I pick up my Click & Collect? 

Our team will send you an email from hello@bronsunoceania.com to notify that your order is ready for pick up.

We are open from 9:30am-4pm Monday - Friday.

On arrival please ring the reception door bell or call us on 03 7046 0888 and one of our staff members will hand over your order 💕

We are closed weekends and public holidays.

Can I Return Something I've Purchased?

We will offer an exchange or refund on any item you've purchased from ITALWAX AUSTRALIA within 14 days from the date you received your parcel. All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.

Please send us a message at hello@bronsunoceania.com if you would like to organise a return. 

Once your return is received and approved, we will send you a notification and process a refund. 

The shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the responsibilities of the customer.

What should I do if the item arrived damaged?

All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, we will gladly replace it for you (or if we are out of stock, refund you in full). Please send us an email to hello@italwax.com.au if the parcel arrived damaged or has missing items.
