Where do you deliver?
We ship Worldwide! :)
We will do our very best to see you get your order delivered as quickly as possible. Please make sure you provide us with a valid delivery address and contact phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues.
All of our orders are shipped from our Melbourne, AUS Warehouse.
When will my order be sent?
If you order before 2pm Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched on the same day. If your order is placed after 2pm it will be dispatched on the next business day. If your order is placed on Friday after 2 pm, it will be shipped the following Monday.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Domestic (AUS)
Standard Shipping (2 - 5 business days) - $9.99
Express Shipping (1-2 business days) - $12.99
Free Express Shipping (1-2 business days) on all orders over $149 AUD.
Custom, Duties and Tax Fees
*Please note that all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping rate, these fees will be based of your country's importing regulations and are the parcel receiver's responsibility to pay.
If your parcel is returned back to us due to duties and taxes not being paid, all refunds processed will not include the shipping cost of your order, or any costs associated with having item shipped back to us.
Some countries require a specific permit on importing products and we highly recommend to check that prior ordering to ensure there are no delays.
Tracking your parcel - International orders
- Please make sure you provide us with a valid delivery address, email and contact phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues. All orders are shipped from our Melbourne Warehouse.
- Once your order has been shipped off you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- It is important to keep your tracking number as once your parcel leaves our warehouse it is the responsibility of the recipient to keep up to date on the status of the parcel.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Please note that international orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
Delivery information (Domestic)
If you are not home on the day of delivery or where it is unsafe for the courier to leave your parcel unattended, the parcel will be taken to your local post office for your collection.
Most post offices have a 2 week collection period before sending the parcel back to the sender. It is important to keep up to date with your tracking status as once the parcel leaves our warehouse, the recipient is responsible for the tracking of the parcel.
What if my parcel has been sent back?
If your parcel has been returned to us and you would like it re-sent or refunded, please email us on hello@bronsunoceania.com We will only be able to re-send or refund your parcel once it arrives back to our warehouse. Please note for parcels to be re-sent there will be shipping payment fee required.
